Promotion, and generating as much interest as possible is key to getting you top price.  Higher priced homes generally take longer to sell than lesser priced homes, as the pool of potential buyers is smaller. Therefore, thorough, active promotion is of even greater importance with more expensive homes.

I market extensively through local and nationwide publications, the Multiple Listing Service, internet, open houses, email, telephone, and beautiful custom flyers, all created to maximize the desirability of your home. It is imperative to keep your property in forefront of the minds of the local Realtor community. I use all of the above tools to continually achieve this goal.
